Arcot Sri Mahalakshmi College of Nursing has contributed a sum of Rs.15,000 to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund towards relief to the Nepal earthquake victims.
A cheque for the sum was handed over by the college authorities to Murugesan, Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet recently. The students conducted a silent prayer with candles in the college as a way of paying homage to those who died. Balaji Loganathan, Chairman and B. Shanthi, Secretary of the college were present.

The college donated books worth Rs.one lakh to various libraries in Vellore region in the presence of Anandhan, District Library Officer.
