CME on Head & Neck Cancers from today

The First Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Programme in Head & Neck Cancers will be held in the Christian Medical College here on January 30 and 31.

According to a CMC release, ‘Optimising Care in Head & Neck Cancer: Current Standards & Future Trends’ is the theme of the CME being organised by the Head & Neck Group of CMC.

Head & Neck Cancers account for 30 per cent and 10 per cent of all cancers in males and females respectively in India.

As management of Head & Neck Cancers involves a multidisciplinary approach, this CME will bring together experts from the fields of radiation oncology, surgery, ENT, medical oncology, dentistry, radiology, palliative care and dietetics.
