Chief Judicial Magistrate court here has recalled the warrant issued against MLA (Chepauk- Thiruvallikeni constituency) J. Anbazhagan of DMK after he appeared in the court on Tuesday and explained the reasons for non appearance during last week. The court issued the warrant against the MLA after he did not appear in the case filed against him in 2011 for the alleged attempts to grab a paper mill belonging to G. Seenivasan of Udumalpet, last week.
The case was now posted for continuation of further proceedings on August 22.
