The Tamil Nadu Forest Department and the Nilgiris Documentation Centre on Sunday brought into being the Nilgiris Biosphere Reserve Interpretation Centre at Kannerimukku near Kotagiri. Speaking to The Hindu , the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chief Wildlife Warden R. Sundararaju said that it was the first of its kind in the State.
A seminar on the NBR would be organised shortly with the objective of promoting the Interpretation Centre.
