Girl jumps off bus, dies at hospital

A 23-year-old-college girl student jumped off the moving bus and died at the hospital here on Monday.

A. Priyadarshini of Rasipuram was pursuing her final year M.A. Literature at a private college in Salem. On Monday, while her college bus was moving from Rasipuram, she opened the rear door and jumped off. She suffered injuries and was admitted to the Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College Hospital, where she died. Family problem was said to be the reason.
