Change in postings of more IAS officers

Chennai Metrowater Managing Director Shiv Das Meena will be the new Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation.

In other IAS postings issued on Thursday, Jayashree Muralidharan, Executive Director, SIPCOT and Director, GUIDANCE, has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Home, Prohibition and Excise Department, in place of S. Karuthiah Pandian, who has already been transferred.

Mythili Rajendran, Deputy Secretary, Industries, posted as Deputy Secretary, Public Department, in place of Anu George, transferred. V. Shantha, Deputy Secretary, Rural Development, posted as Joint Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Coimbatore. C.T. Manimekalai, Deputy Secretary, Labour and Employment Department, posted as Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing Corporation.

The services of Shanthini Kapoor, Principal Secretary/Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board, are placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Handloom Weavers' Cooperative Society, for appointment as its special officer/managing director vice V.Chandrasekaran, holding additional charge.

The services of A.S. Jeevarathinam, Commissioner of Employment and Training, are placed at the disposal of the Tamil Nadu Text Book Corporation Limited, for appointment as its Managing Director in place of R. Venkatesan, holding additional charge.

The School Education Secretary will function as Chairman, Tamil Nadu Text Book Corporation.
