Nine people were killed and three seriously injured in an accident near Hosur on the Chennai–Bangalore National Highway on Sunday night. The mishap occurred when a TNSTC bus rammed into a stationary container truck.
The driver of the bus and its conductor died on the spot. The injured have been rushed to the Government General Hospital in Hosur.
