In its ten-year rule, Congress-led governments have only given price-rise, corruption and misrule to the people, senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj said at a rally in Faridabad on Sunday.

Ms. Swaraj attacked the Congress-led governments at Centre and Haryana while addressing a poll meeting here appealing people to vote for BJP candidate from Faridabad Krishnapal Gujrar.

Attacking the Bhupinder Singh Hooda-led state government for bad governance, she said it had worsened Congress’ image across the country.

While calling the UPA the most corrupt and scam-ridden government, she also praised the NDA government under Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Exuding confidence about BJP’s victory, Ms. Swaraj said the people of the country had decided to vote out the most corrupt government and would give the most number of seats to BJP.

Taking aim at Congress’ leadership, she said BJP had announced its prime ministerial candidate long before, but Congress lacked leaders and was fighting the polls on false conceptions.

Blaming Congress’ sitting MP Avatar Singh Bhadana for the bad condition of Faridabad, she said BJP would win all the ten Lok Sabha seats in Haryana and it would get the largest margin from Faridabad and Ambala.
