RSS leaders meet Union Ministers

Amid the controversy over conversions and inflammatory speeches by BJP parliamentarians, two senior RSS functionaries on Monday had a meeting with a team of senior Ministers. BJP president Amit Shah and two general secretaries also participated.

The leaders discussed, among other issues, the ‘good governance day’ to be celebrated on December 25 and how to tackle the Opposition on the blocked Bills on the last day of the winter session of Parliament. Bhaiyyaji Joshi and Bajrang Lal of the RSS attended the meeting held at the residence of Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari. Finance Minister and Leader of the Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley, Home Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj were also present.
