Reliance Telecom seeks recall of court order

Reliance Telecom Ltd. on Wednesday sought a direction to recall the April 4, 2011 order passed by the Supreme Court that barred High Courts from entertaining appeals against the orders passed by trial courts in the 2G spectrum allocation case. By the order, a Bench headed by Justice Singhvi said “… any prayer for staying or impeding progress of the trial can be made only before this court and no other court shall entertain the same. Trial must proceed on a day-to-day basis.”
