A member of the Indian Air Force, on Guard of Honour duty, faints during the ceremonial reception of Seychelles President Danny Antoine Rollen Faure at Rashtrapati Bhawan, in New Delhi on Monday.

The summer heat took its toll on an Air Force soldier, who collapsed during the guard of honour organised at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Monday for Seychelles President Danny Faure.

Mr. Faure, who is on his first bilateral visit to India, was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the Rashtrapati Bhavan by President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the morning.

After the ceremony ended and the dignitary had left, the Prime Minister walked up to the airman and enquired about his condition.
