Nobel Peace Prize: ‘Joint award to India, Pakistan a big statement’

For Kailash Satyarthi, sharing seemed to be as important as winning the Nobel Peace Prize. According to the child rights activist, the joint award to him and Malala Yousufzai was a “big statement” by the Norwegian Peace Prize Committee.  

“It must be read between the lines not only by the governments but by the peoples of both countries,” he said.
