Since the alleged incident took place in Lucknow, the Nagpur police will not investigate the matter, but will transfer the case to the concern police station.

“Since the alleged offence took place in Lucknow, we will transfer the case from Nagpur. We have lodged a FIR based on the complaint made by a local,” Nagpur Police Commissioner K. Pathak told The Hindu .
