The minister added that 43 incidents of air space violations had taken place in the same period with 21 incidents taking place in 2006.

Mr. Antony said ceasefire violations are taken up with Pakistani military authorities during flag meetings and weekly talks between the Director Generals of Military Operations of the two countries.

In reply to another query, the minister said that after a Committee under Cabinet Secretary considered all the aspects of One Rank One Pension issue, the proposal was not found administratively feasible to be implemented as such.
