Preparations have started in full swing at the Thekke Gopura Nada at Thekkinkadu Maidan here, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the public on December 14.

High security arrangements will be set up in the city and nearby areas. Security personnel, including SPG officials, will monitor the security arrangements in the coming days.
