District Collector D. Balamurali said here on Tuesday that vehicles would be made available for the differently abled to transport them from home to the polling and back.

It is for the first time that the district administration is making vehicle arrangements for the differently abled. Pranav M.B., a BCom student from Government College, Chittoor, has been roped in as Palakkad’s ambassador for the differently abled for this election. For Pranav, it will be his maiden vote.
