Poll: Chennithala not to use official car

Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala has decided not to use his official car and police pilot in view of the election code of conduct. Mr. Chennithala’s office said the Minister would use a private vehicle for his election programmes, even though the code did not bar him from using his official vehicle or the services of the police pilot he was entitled to as Home Minister.
