Halts to benefit Technopark employees

The Kazhakuttam Railway Development Action Council has got an assurance of more halts for mail and express trains at the Kazhakuttam railway station and more infrastructural facilities for the station from Railway Board Chairman Ashwani Lohani.

The assurance was the outcome of a meeting the office-bearers of the council had with Mr. Lohani, who met Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan last week.

The Chennai Central-Thiruvananthapuram Ananthapuri Express, extended to Kollam from November 1, has no halt at Kazhakkuttam.
