State Police Chief (SPC) Loknath Behera said he could not comment on the Supreme Court verdict reinstating his predecessor in office T.P. Senkumar as SPC.
He said transfers and postings were part of Civil Services. These were matters of State for governments and courts to decide. He would not make any remark.
