A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court on Wednesday dismissed an appeal filed by Lissy Priyadarshan, actor, against a single judge’s order directing her to pay maintenances arrears to N.D. Varkey who claims to be her father.
The appeal was dismissed by the Bench comprising Chief Justice Manjula Chellur and Justice K. Vinod Chandran.
The single judge had issued the directive when a contempt of court petition filed by N.D. Varkey came up for hearing.
