Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan will lay the foundation stone for the head quarters of the newly formed Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University on the Pookode Veterinary College campus near Vythiri in the district at 11 a.m. on Monday.
Minister for Food and Animal Husbandry C. Divakaran will preside over the function. Agriculture Minister Mullakkara Ratnakaran will be the chief guest.
