Kerala Government has announced a moratorium on repayment of loans given by cooperative credit institutions till March 31 next year.
Talking to reporters after the weekly Cabinet meeting here, State Cooperation Minister Kadakampally Surendran said all revenue recovery measures would stand suspended till March 31.
