Kerala grants Rs. 1 crore each to Karnataka and AP for flood relief

The Kerala Cabinet sanctioned Rs. 1 crore each to Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh as the Kerala's contribution to flood relief work on Wednesday.

Announcing the decision, Chief Minister V. S. Achuthanandan recalled that many lives had been lost and houses damaged in the floods in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
