Kerala State Civil Service Academy will conduct an awareness class and a debate for students at various venues in the State.
It will be held at Maharajas College, Ernakulam, on January 4, Government Victoria College, Palakkad, on January 5, Government Arts and Science College, Kozhikode, on January 6 and Government womens' College, Thiruvananthapuram on January 17.
Civil service officers and Indian Police Service officers will participate in it, said the academy director.
