Rohee Thangappan Joseph alias Satish Kalya, alleged brain behind the killing of senior crime reporter Jyotirmoy Dey, moved an application for bail on Monday.
According to the police, 20 days before the murder, Kalya received a call from gangster Chhota Rajan and was told that there was a job to be done for which weapons and money would be arranged.
