India offers equal opportunity for all, Dhankhar tells students

Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar addressed students at Delhi University’s 100th convocation on Saturday and said that the event was not just a ceremony but a launch pad for them. The Vice-President told the students that they are graduating at a time when the country offers equal opportunities to all. A total of 1,38,020 undergraduate and postgraduate as well as 569 PhD students who completed their degrees in 2022-23, were awarded degrees during the event.
