The headline of the story ‘Ex-CAG official R.P. Singh’s charges false, says JPC’ erroneously implied that the JPC has reached a final decision on the matter of Mr. Singh’s testimony. In fact, though individual members have produced documentation in support of their case against him, the committee has not yet arrived at a formal conclusion on the deposition made by the former audit officer.
