A complaint was filed on Wednesday against spiritual leader Asaram Bapu in a district court at Muzaffarpur in Bihar in connection with his remarks on the Delhi gang rape incident.
The complaint was filed by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha before the chief judicial magistrate. No order has been issued by the court yet. “The case was filed today [Wednesday]. It has been admitted and kept in the file for hearing,” chief judicial magistrate S.P. Singh told The Hindu.
