November 23, 2012 01:48 am | Updated 01:48 am IST - ANTARAM (MEDAK DT.):

Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday claimed that even Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy was worried that he would lose his job as the Chief Minister for the misdeeds of his son Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and sent him to Bangalore to do business.

Addressing a gathering at this village, about 60 km from the district headquarters, Mr Naidu said: “YSR was worried about his son’s misdeeds and feared that he would lose his job. That is why he sent Jagan to Bangalore. But in Bangalore too Jagan continued his operations.”

He said out of the Rs. 1.5 lakh crore State budget about Rs. 85,000 crore was spent on Jalayagnam which ultimately turned out to be ‘dhanayagnam’ for the Congress leaders who pocketed the money.

Criticises Rajanarasimha

Referring to Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha, the TDP chief said he had not only cheated the people of the village, where he performed puja at the Panduranga Vithal temple for his nominations papers, but even God. “See you cannot even bring out the temple chariot on to the roads which were laid long ago,” he remarked.

At Peddachelmeda, he called upon party workers to fight against the Deputy Chief Minister who had been allegedly harassing TDP workers.
