Youth dies in road accident

Durga Prasad, 22, died on the spot after he was run over by a lorry after he fell down from his motorcycle at Ramavarappadu on Tuesday

The victim, completed Polytechnic recently, had come to the city to take coaching for loco pilot job.

A native of Regadi Amudalavalasa in Srikakulam district, Durga Prasad was staying with his uncle at Enikepadu. Had Durga Prasad used a helmet, he would have survived, the Patamata police, who registered a case, said.
