AP-Genco Managing Director and A.P Solar Power Corporation Limited (APSPCL) Chairman K. Vijayanand inaugurated APSPCL website (www.apscl.ap.gov.in) here on Monday. APSPCL is a joint venture company formed under the MNRE scheme for implementation of ultra mega solar parks in which 50 per cent equity is held by Solar Energy Corporation of India, 41 per cent by AP-Genco and 9 per cent by NREDCAP (New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation of A.P). APSPCL is presently developing 1500 MW N.P. Kunta solar park in Anantapur and Kadapa districts and a 1000 MW Gani and Sakunala solar park in Kurnool district.
