The civic body has announced one-month summer coaching camp in shuttle badminton and swimming from May 1.
In a release, in-charge director of sports A. Sekhar said that interested candidates below the age of 16 can enrol for the coaching camp at the concerned VMC swimming pools and indoor stadiums.
He said that swimming coaching will be given at Sir Vizzi Swimming Pool, Gandhi Nagar, K.L. Rao Swimming Pool, Kothapeta and Gurunanak Swimming Pool in Gurunanak Nagar. Coaching will be offered between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. and between 4 p.m. nd 7 p.m.

On the other hand, badminton coaching camp will be conducted at DRR Indoor Stadium on M.G. Road opposite IGMC Stadium and Gandhiji Indoor Stadium, One Town. The camp will be open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily at both the venues. Applications will be available at the same venues.
