Tractor donated to village

Mandapeta MLA Vegulla Jogeswara Rao has asked philanthropists to come forward to develop villages.

Accepting a donation of a tractor to Tapeswaram Gram Panchayat by Suruchi Foods owner Polisetti Mallibabu couple in the name of their parents Sattiraju-Bhushanam on Wednesday, he asked others to emulate Mr. Mallibabu.

School renamed

The MLA said the couple have reconstructed the high school in the village and provided various facilities. He said that a GO was issued renaming the school Ploiesti Sattiraju-Bhushanam ZP High School.

Mr. Mallibabu said that their Kaja business and Khairatabad Ganesh Laddu brought fame and name and they want to give back to the society. He said that he had adopted Tapeswaram and would develop the village.
