The tripped units include VTPS 210 MW, RTPP 210MW, Krishnapatnam 250 MW, NTPC Simhadri 500 MW and NTPC central grid 700 MW.

While the total demand was 2200MW, the scheduled supply was 1546 MW and due to which the power outage in zone four was increased from 2 hours to 4 hours and in zone 2 and 3 from 2 hours to 3.5 hours.
