One person was killed and two were grievously injured when a truck collided with an auto-rickshaw on the highway near Konganavaripalle of Chandragiri mandal, near here on Thursday. According to police, the deceased, identified as R. Sunil Naidu (42) used to run a hotel on the highway. He as returning home in the auto after delivering food to a party. On the highway, an over-speeding truck hit the auto-rickshaw causing instantaneous death of Naidu, whereas his assistant and auto driver received grievous injuries. Police registered a case and hunt is on to nab the truck driver.
