Naidu dares KCR on Dalit CM for ‘T’

TRS president constantly changing his stances on various issue, he says

Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu has dared his TRS counterpart K. Chandrasekhar Rao to give an explanation on the change in his stand of making a Dalit Chief Minister of Telangana State.

“Mr. Rao probably gave the assurance of making a Dalit Chief Minister and a Muslim deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, as he was not sure on whether the State will be formed at all. Now that Telangana State is a reality, he swiftly changed his stand and is evading a reply on the issue,” Mr. Naidu said.

Naidu was addressing members of the Congress party led by S. Harivardhan Reddy who joined the TDP at his residence on Tuesday.

The TDP president called upon youth of Telangana to join forces with the TDP in the reconstruction of a socialist Telangana which was possible only with the TDP at the helm of affairs.

“If you cast your vote in favour of TRS, it will be utilised for giving employment to KCR’s son, daughter and son-in-law. The TRS has no credibility going by the way Mr. Rao is frequently changing his stances on various issues, including the alliance with the Congress,” he said.

He criticised the Congress for allegedly evading response to the TDP’s initiative of making a leader from weaker sections the Chief Minister of Telangana.

The Congress, he said, had been routed in both the regions and it had to follow the TDP’s way sooner or later. The TDP’s announcement of making a BC the Chief Minister had alerted the Congress and it was forced to make leaders hailing from BC communities the PCC presidents in the two regions.
