Lord Govindaraja rides ‘Hanumantha Vahanam’

As part of the ongoing brahmotsavams, Lord Sri Govindaraja Swamy was taken on a celestial ride atop the ‘Hanumantha Vahanam’, around the four mada streets of the temple here on Saturday morning. The grand procession led by elephants, decorated bulls and cultural troupes performing ‘kolatam’ turned was a visual delight for the devotees. The Lord was taken around on ‘Gaja Vahanam’ in the evening.
