Kids made to suffer at CM’s event: YSRC

The YSRCP has criticised Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for by ‘making children and students stand in the hot sun while he and his party leaders delivered long, meaningless speeches’ as part of the Nava Nirmana Deeksha programme held at Benz Circle here on Friday.

Addressing the media here on Friday, YSRCP official spokesman Kolusu Parthasarathi said that the programme was an exercise to cover up the massive failures of the Telugu Desam Party.

While the Chief Minister and his partymen stood in the comfort of air-conditioned tents children and women were made to suffer the blazing sun, Mr. Parthasarathi said.
