Jagan’s remand extended till August 14

The judicial remand of Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and other accused in the sensitive cases being investigated by CBI was extended by a court here till August 14.

Barring suspended IAS officer Y. Srilakshmi who was brought from jail, the remand extension of others was done by video linkage with jail. They included another suspended IAS officer B.P. Acharya, former Ministers Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao and Gali Janardhan Reddy, Trimex Group chairman Koneru Prasad, former mines director V.D. Rajagopal, former aide of Jagan N. Sunil Reddy, ex-Special Secretary K.V. Brahmananda Reddy, Matrix chairman Nimmagadda Prasad and Obulapuram Mining Company managing director B.V. Srinivas Reddy.
