Fervour marks Brahmotsavams at Venugopala Swamy temple

The annual ‘Brahmotsavams’ began at Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple here with devotees participating in various puja and devotional programmes.

Special puja was held for Sri Vishvaksenula Swamy. Temple chairman and Nellore Rural MLA Anam Vivekananda Reddy, trustee Majjiga Chandramouli Reddy and manager Krishna were present.

The priests started arrangements for the ‘dhwajarohanam’ and ‘Sesha vahana nagarotsavam’.

Meanwhile, Sri Mahalakshmi chant filled the air at the venue of Maha Lakshmi Yagam at the AC Subba Reddy stadium. Special ‘alankarams’ were made for the Sri Perumalla Swamy.

Under the supervision of Sri Ramachandra Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji, ‘laksha mallela puja vaibhavam’ was organised amid good participation by the devotees.

Perumbur Jeeyar Swamy and Allahabad Jeeyar Swamy took part in the puja programmes.
