DL to join TDP at Praja Garjana meet

Former Minister D.L. Ravindra Reddy is all set to join Telugu Desam Party in the presence of TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu in his Praja Garjana public meeting here on April 7.

Dr. Ravindra Reddy, who won as Mydukur MLA for six terms, held consultations with his followers and conducted a public ballot to elicit the opinion of people of Mydukur constituency recently. Indicating his inclination to join the TDP, he addressed a meeting of TDP workers at Duvvur and later participated in a TDP meeting to finalise the TDP candidates for Mydukur municipality a fortnight ago.

The Allagadda Market Committee Chairman Palachani Bali Reddy and former NEDCAP director Siddhamreddy Rami Reddy, both Congress leaders of Allagadda in Kurnool district announced their resolve to join the Telugu Desam Party in Mr. Chandrababu Naidu’s presence here on April 7.

Rajya Sabha member C.M. Ramesh Naidu invited them to the TDP.
