K. Venkatesh (30), a barber, died when the motorcycle he was riding hit a median at VJR Hospital, in Moghalrajpuram, on Wednesday. He was a resident of Mutyalampadu in the city. Venkatesh reportedly died of head injury. The victim would have survived, if he had worn a helmet, said the police.
The police registered a case.
