Several devotees and representatives of various Hindu charitable organisations joined hands to make proposed Ashtalakshmi Mahayagam from October 22 to 30 at Srikakulam municipal grounds. Ashtalakshmi Peetham founder Peethambaram Raghunathacharya performed Bhoomi puja and offered special prayers seeking the support of goddess for the successful completion of the yagam being performed for the development of Srikakulam district.
He said that blessing of the goddess needed for everyone to get wealth, health, respect, peace of mind and good thoughts.
