The State government has appointed retired High Court Judge G. Bhavani Prasad as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC). Mr. Prasad will serve as the Chairman for a term of five years with effect from the date he assumes office . The government issued a G.O. in this regard on Saturday.
