Notification soon to fill over 6,000 posts, says its chairman

Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) will introduce negative marking system for all its examinations to be conducted in future, according to its chairman P. Uday Bhaskar.

He was participating as chief guest in the valedictory of ASPIRE-2k18 at AITAM College,Tekkali, on Saturday.

Speaking to the media on the sidelines of the function, Mr. Uday Bhaskar said the negative marking system would eliminate non-serious candidates and help genuine applicants get jobs without any legal tangles. He indicated that the commission would issue notification for over 6,000 posts after getting clearance from the Finance Department.

Interviews

He said that the interview process for 78 posts of Group I would begin from March 12. Examinations for the posts were held in 2016. Interviews would also be conducted for the posts of social welfare and BC welfare officers between March 5 and 7.
