A.P. Content Corpn. formed

The government on Wednesday accorded permission for the formation of A.P Content Corporation (APCC) as a subsidiary of A.P. State FiberNet Limited (APSFL). As per G.O MS No. 4, APCC will collect, consolidate and conduct research on diverse forms of content.

The G.O. said that the State had a lot of content scattered at different places in various mediums not known to most people.

APSFL Managing Director will be Chairman and MD of the APCC and Additional/Joint/Deputy Secretaries of Finance, Energy, Infrastructure and Investment, Education, Health and Agriculture and Cooperation Departments, one nominee each of Information Technology and Communications and Information and Public Relations and the CEO will be its Directors.
