TDP district president Somisetty Venkateswarlu has said a vote for YSRC is a vote for the Congress as well.

Talking to reporters here on Saturday, he said both Congress and YSR Congress, which had a tacit understanding, were trying to mislead the public by their diametrically opposite postures.

He said the MPs of both parties failed to get their resignations accepted by the speaker 80 days after they filed the papers. In fact, TDP MP Harikrishna got his papers accepted within half an hour.

He said the State would be divided into four if the Congress was re-elected. He wondered how Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy harped on Samaikyandhra by confining himself to 170 assembly segments. He said the Congress, TRS and YSRC had an understanding in the State to capture power through unethical means and even at the cost of bifurcation of the State.
