After five district court judges were suspended in connection with cheating during LLM exams, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has taken action against two more judicial officers on similar charges.
The suspended judicial officers are M A Razak, Principal Civil Judge and his wife Prem Rajeshwari, secretary, Warangal Legal Services Authority, a court official said.
High Court Chief Justice Nisar Ahmed Kakru suspended the two judicial officers on the basis of a report sent by Warangal District Sessions Judge Ashok Kumar yesterday, the official said.

Five judges were caught copying by invigilators during the first-year LLM exams on August 24 at the Kakatiya University’s Arts College in Warangal town, about 150 km from here. The High Court had immediately suspended them and the Chief Justice had sought a detailed report from the district sessions judge.
The five judges suspended were: K.Ajithasimha Rao (IV additional senior Civil Judge, and P. Vijender Reddy -First Additional District Judge (both in Ranga Reddy district), M.Kistappa-principal senior Civil Judge, Ananthapur district, M Srinivasa Chary-senior Civil Judge, Baptla in Guntur district and K Hanumantha Rao -V additional Munsif Magistrate, Warangal district.
One of the judges was found copying from a law book hidden under his answer sheet. Written slips and pages torn from textbooks were seized from other judges. They were caught on camera copying from books, smuggled notes, and each other.

All the materials were confiscated by university invigilators who stopped the judges from writing any further.
A total of 39 candidates appeared for first year LLM exams.
