August 26, 2009 02:49 pm | Updated November 16, 2021 09:41 am IST - HYDERABAD:

The Hyderabad police on Wednesday unravelled the mystery behind the sensational quadruple killings in a lodge in Secunderabad reported four days ago.

Four persons, including the prime accused, John, a distant relative of the victims, were arrested by the Commissioner’s Task Force (North) officials at Vishakhapatnam. They were brought to Hyderabad for interrogation when reports last came in.

Non-Resident Indian and Indian Oil Corporation engineer K. Prasad, his wife, and two children, were found murdered at the RAK Royal lodge near Secunderabad Railway Station on Saturday. The accused admitted to the interrogators that a monetary dispute had driven them to murder Mr. Prasad and his family members.
