The Aam Aadmi Party has given a strong indication that it will field its candidate against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi in the Amethi Lok Sabha constituency. However, there is no word from the party whether it will also contest from BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s constituency. The announcement was made following the party’s decision to fight the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
